The doctoral examination committee shall consist of 5 to 9 members. (The qualifications of committee members.)

Including one-third or more of non-NCKU faculty members(≧1/3)

Including one-third or more of Department faculty members(≧1/3)

No more than one-third of co-authors (< 1/3)

The personal information form for the members are assistant professors and Non-teaching Ph.D.

2.Required Documents

Complete the online application form , signed for approval by the advisor.

The Publication list, publish papers(including accepted) and SCI Impact Factor of the journal ranks of the two years prior to the submission date.(Please see "Related regulations" for details)

Academic transcripts of Ph.D. and Master's degree.

Turnitin similarity report by student and advisor signed. M-20 The similarity regulation of Turnitin originality report

Complete the google forms.

Complete the Application Checklist of Degree Examination (dr-12-E).

3.Apply

Email the all application by PDF format to administrator. (Please arrange all documents according to the order below and Merge)

Application form , signed for approval by the advisor. - Please send the original to room 93556.

The personal information form for the members are assistant professors and Non-teaching Ph.D. (Optional)

Turnitin similarity report by student and advisor signed.- Please send the original to room 93556.

The proof of General education courses of 8 hours. (for the students enroll after the academic year of 111)

4.Degree examination

Print out the Defense scoring chart for examination committee members.- Please send the original to room 93556 after denfense.

Print out the voting slip(dr-5) for examination committee members.- Please send the original to room 93556 after denfense.

Print out the Defense certificate.

Download the form of the Minutes of defense(dr-6).

Applicants should delivere dissertation to committee members for review two weeks before the scheduled degree examination.

5.Complete examination

Summit the Turnitin similarity report Instructions and examples for uploading Turnitin Originality Report of the dissertation.

Upload the Dissertation to Library.

Upload the Dissertation and Minutes of defense to Department, signed for approval by the advisor.
